“Framed Glenwood is the best experience with eye care I’ve ever had. I loved my doctor in LA circa 2005, but had never had any reason for loyalty before or after that (so I kept going there on trips ever since), until I found Framed Glenwood. After two terrible experiences with recommended spots in town, I was delighted to find Dr. Herold and Kat! Kat is so warm and welcoming, and seems to know everyone who comes in the store. Dr. Herold is kind and professional and thoroughly discusses everything with his patients. Their care is first rate, customer service is incredible, and they have a great selection of frames and options for contact lenses even thought it’s a quaint place. I would 100% recommend this spot, and will miss them now that I have moved out of state. I’m sure I’ll be going back, though, if history repeats!”
